The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the schedule for the face to face mass oathtaking of new nurses. The ceremony will take place on October 12 and 13, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

The face to face mass oathtaking will be conducted according to the following schedule:

Successful examinees who want to attend the ceremony must confirm their attendance through the PRC online system.
How to Register for the Nursing Oathtaking
New nurses who plan to attend the face-to-face ceremony should register and confirm their attendance through the PRC online portal.
Registration must be completed no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the scheduled oathtaking. Inductees may register and confirm their attendance in the region where they took their licensure examination and where they intend to complete their professional registration.
PRC also reminds inductees that registering through LERIS does not automatically guarantee a reserved seat. A ticket must be secured, and seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dress Code
Inductees attending the face-to-face oathtaking are required to follow the prescribed attire.
Female inductees:
- White gala uniform, below the knee
- Cap
Male inductees:
- White clinical uniform
Following the prescribed dress code is part of the requirements for attending the ceremony.
Bring the Printed Oath Form
- All inductees must print and bring their Oath Form to the oathtaking ceremony.
- The form contains the inductee’s generated QR code. It must be submitted during the ceremony so the attendee can be officially recorded as having attended the oathtaking.
- New nurses should therefore make sure that their Oath Form is generated and printed before going to the venue.
What If You Cannot Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking?
Successful examinees who cannot attend the scheduled face to face mass oathtaking may consider the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking.
PRC said that announcements regarding the online oathtaking will be posted once the schedule has been confirmed.
Initial Registration After the Oathtaking
- After completing the oathtaking, the new nurses must proceed with their Initial Registration.
- PRC instructs inductees to secure an online appointment through the PRC online system for the initial registration process.
- New professionals should check the PRC online portal for the latest appointment and registration instructions.
