The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the schedule for the face to face mass oathtaking of new Professional Food Technologists in 2026.
According to the latest PRC announcement, the face to face oathtaking ceremony will take place on September 26, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at the Function Rooms 1 and 2, SMX Convention Center Manila.

Who Can Attend the Oathtaking?
The face to face mass oathtaking is intended for successful examinees who have qualified as new Professional Food Technologists.
Those who want to attend the ceremony must register through the PRC online portal to confirm their attendance. The registration must be completed not later than 12:00 noon on the day before the scheduled oathtaking.
How to Register for the PRC Oathtaking
- Visit the official PRC online services portal.
- Log in or complete the required account details.
- Look for the oathtaking registration option.
- Register for the Professional Food Technologists face-to-face mass oathtaking.
- Confirm the attendance details.
- Generate and print the Oath Form with the QR code.
Bring the printed Oath Form containing your own generated QR code. The form will be submitted during the ceremony and used to tag the inductee as attended.
Dress Code
Inductees attending the face-to-face oathtaking should come wearing Filipiniana or Barong Tagalog.

Inductees should print the form before going to the venue. The PRC will use the submitted Oath Form to record attendance at the oathtaking ceremony.

What If You Cannot Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking?
According to the PRC, those who cannot attend may participate in an online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. The PRC will announce the online oathtaking schedule once it has been confirmed.
Initial Registration After the Oathtaking
Completing the oathtaking is not the final step in the professional registration process.
After the ceremony, the new Professional Food Technologists should proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment through the PRC online services portal.
Applicants should therefore keep their PRC account information ready and follow the instructions provided for initial registration.
