April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination Results Released (Full List of Passers, Topnotchers, Top Schools)

The April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination (MLE / MidLE) Results have been officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) within three (3) working days after the last day of examinations, in line with the commission’s schedule. The Midwife board exams were conducted on April 14 and 15, 2026, in multiple testing centers across the Philippines.

According to PRC, a total of “901 out of 2,124″ examinees passed the exam.

Release Date of Results

The PRC confirmed that the Midwives Licensure Examination Results were released on April 20, 2026, which is within the expected three working days timeframe after the exam.

The April 2026 MidLE was conducted in various locations, including.

  1. Manila
  2. Baguio
  3. Cebu
  4. Davao
  5. Iloilo
  6. Tacloban
  7. Zamboanga
  8. And other regional testing centers

Alongside the results, PRC also released the Top 10 highest-ranking examinees (Topnotchers). These individuals achieved the highest scores in the licensure examination.

The PRC also published the Top Performing Schools, highlighting institutions with the highest passing rates and excellent performance in the MidLE.

Registration & Oathtaking

Successful examinees are advised to:

  • Complete online registration for the Professional ID
  • Prepare required documents such as:
  • Oath form
  • Notice of admission
  • Passport-size photos
  • Attend the oathtaking ceremony (schedule to be announced).

Starting May 18, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.  Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.  Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.  Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

About Midwives Licensure Examination

The Midwives Licensure Examination is conducted by the PRC through the Board of Midwifery to ensure that only qualified individuals can practice the profession.

Passing this exam grants candidates the title of Registered Midwife, allowing them to legally practice.
