Face to Face Oathtaking of New Nurses 2026: Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking of newly licensed nurses. This important ceremony marks the final step before nurses can begin their professional practice in the Philippines.
Oathtaking will be held on April 12, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

Registration Process for Oathtaking
All passers who wish to attend must register online through the PRC LERIS system.
Steps to Register:
- Visit PRC LERIS: https://online.prc.gov.ph
- Log in to your account
- Select “Oathtaking”
- Choose Face to Face Oath Taking
- Confirm your attendance
Deadline: Register before 12:00 NN (one day prior) to the ceremony.
Note: Registration alone does not guarantee a slot tickets are required and are issued on a first come, first served basis.

- Online Ticket Selling: March 18 March 31, 2026
- Closed Dates: Weekends & March 30 April 3, 2026

Dress Code Requirements
All inductees must follow the official PRC dress code:
- Female: White gala uniform (below the knee) + cap
- Male: White clinical uniform
Inductees are required to come in WHITE GALA UNIFORM (below the knee) and CAP for female; WHITE CLINICAL UNIFORM for male; and are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.
Additionally, inductees must:
- Print their Oath Form with QR Code
- Submit it during the ceremony for attendance verification
Important Reminders for New Nurses
- Arrive early to avoid delays
- Bring printed Oath Form and valid ID
- Seating is limited (first come, first served)
- Follow all PRC guidelines strictly
If you are unable to attend:
- You may opt for online oathtaking, or
- Request a special oathtaking schedule
What to Do After the Oathtaking
After completing the ceremony, all new nurses must proceed with Initial Registration:
- Book an appointment via PRC LERIS
- Pay required fees
- Submit documents
- Claim your PRC License & Certificate of Registration
