The March 2026 Civil Service Examination (CSE-PPT) results for both Professional and Subprofessional levels are officially OUT TODAY. The release has been confirmed by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) through Examination Advisory No. 04, s. 2026, updating the earlier release schedule.
The Civil Service Examination (CSE – PPT) was conducted on March 8, 2026 by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) across various testing centers nationwide. Candidates who appeared in this examination can check the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools.
Candidates who appeared for the exam can soon check the complete list of passers, including the professional and subprofessional levels, along with topnotchers and performance of schools once officially announced.

Verification of Rating
All examinees, whether passed or failed, can access their CSE March 2026 ratings through the Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS).

How to Claim Civil Service Eligibility Certificate (COE)?
All passers of the Civil Service Examination must request their Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which is issued by the Civil Service Commission a few weeks after the official release of results.
The COE printed on CSC official letterhead is provided free of charge and can be claimed from the CSC Regional or Field Office where you took the exam.
Note:
- Verify first if your COE is already available before visiting the CSC office
- Bring the following requirements:
- Valid ID (preferably the same ID used during application)
- Application receipt and/or CSC official receipt.
COE on Security Paper (Optional)
Passers may also choose to request a COE printed on security paper for an additional fee.
- This version can be obtained from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of where you took the exam
- Both the security paper COE and its authenticated copy are available upon request
- It is recommended to confirm availability with the CSC office before visiting
