Face-to-Face Oathtaking for New Nurses:- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the official dates and venue for the face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new nurses. The oath-taking ceremony will be held on December 22 and 23, 2025.
Venue: Function Room, SMX Convention Center Manila, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Register Online via PRC LERIS
Follow these steps:
1. Go to [https://online.prc.gov.ph]
2. Log in to your PRC LERIS account
3. Click Oathtaking
4. Select Face to Face or Online Oath Taking (depending on availability)
5. Choose the schedule and confirm your slot
6. Print your Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal) with a QR code
Important Note:- Slots are limited and first come, first served. Official note of PRC “Please note that registration on LERIS does not guarantee a reserved slot for the oathtaking until a ticket is secured. Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.”
Prepare the Required Documents
Bring the following on the day of the ceremony:
Printed Oath Form with QR code
Valid ID
Proof of online registration (if required)
Gala uniform or professional attire (follow PRC dress code)
Attend the Oath Taking Ceremony
Arrive at the venue at least 1 hour early for verification and seating.
During the ceremony:
Present your Oath Form
Follow PRC marshals for seating arrangements
Participate in the formal oath taking program
Proceed With Initial Registration
After the oath taking:
1. Log in to your PRC LERIS account
2. Set an appointment for Initial Registration
3. Pay the necessary fees (PRC ID & Certificate of Registration)
4. Submit the required documents during your appointment
