The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the Faceto Face Oathtaking of the New Civil Engineers, scheduled for February 06, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. This important professional event will take place at the Ritz Hotel in Davao City, providing a grand and meaningful occasion for newly licensed Civil Engineers to take their professional oath.

What is Oathtaking Ceremony?
For newly registered Civil Engineers, this face to face oathtaking ceremony is more than just a formality, it is a ceremonial passage that officially marks their entrance into the professional community. After rigorous board examinations and qualification processes, inductees solemnly pledge their commitment to uphold the standards, ethics, and responsibilities entrusted to them as licensed professionals.
Important Attendance Requirements
New Civil Engineer inductees planning to attend the ceremony must register not later than 12:00 NN on the day before the oathtaking through the official PRC online portal at online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
- Printed Oath Form with a personally generated QR code this will be collected during the event to officially tag attendees.
- Attendees unable to join in person may choose to attend online oathtaking or apply for a special oathtaking session once schedules are announced.
“Those who cannot attend the scheduled face to face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.”
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
