The Professional Regulation Commission officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking ceremony for the newly registered Civil Engineers. The oathtaking will take place on May 14, 2026 (Thursday) at 4:00 PM at Hotel Essencia, Dumaguete City.
New Civil Engineers who successfully passed the licensure examination and wish to attend the ceremony are advised to complete their online registration through the PRC’s official LERIS portal before the deadline.

Registration for Oathtaking

After completing the registration, inductees are required to print their Oath Form with the generated QR code. The printed form will be submitted during the ceremony for attendance verification.
