Face to Face Oathtaking of the New Professional Teachers: Schedule Announced
The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the face to face oathtaking schedule for newly licensed Professional Teachers who passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Venue Date and Contact Details – Face-to-Face Oathtaking
Note:- All successful examinees interested in attending the face to face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended“.
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

Oathtaking Registration Requirements
- New professional teachers must prepare the following:
- Printed Oath Form (downloaded from PRC LERIS)
- Online appointment confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID
- Passport-size photos (white background)
- Required oath-taking and registration fees
Note: Incomplete requirements may result in denied entry to the ceremony.

- Visit the PRC LERIS portal
- Log in or create an account
- Select Oath Taking
- Choose Face-to-Face Oathtaking
- Select your region, date, and venue
- Print the confirmation and oath form
What If You Cannot Attend the Scheduled Oathtaking?
If you are unable to attend:
You may reschedule through PRC LERIS (subject to availability)
Or opt for special or online oathtaking, if announced later by PRC
Missing the ceremony does not cancel your license, but registration will be delayed.
