The Professional Regulation Commission, in coordination with the National Real Estate Association, Inc. (NREA), has officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking ceremony for newly accredited Real Estate Salespersons this May 2026.
According to the advisory, the oathtaking ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at the Bayview Park Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Manila.

PRC Oathtaking Registration Requirements
All successful applicants who wish to attend the face to face oathtaking are required to register online through the PRC LERIS portal no later than 12:00 noon of the day before the scheduled ceremony.
After completing the PRC registration, inductees must also reserve their slot through the registration link provided by the National Real Estate Association, Inc.
Participants are advised to:
- Wear Business Attire during the ceremony
- Print their Oath Form with the generated QR code
- Submit the printed oath form during attendance verification
- Important Reminders for Inductees
The PRC emphasized that the printed oath form with QR code is mandatory to be officially marked as “attended” during the oathtaking ceremony.
New Real Estate Salespersons who cannot attend the face to face ceremony may wait for announcements regarding online oathtaking schedules or special oathtaking arrangements in future advisories. Previous PRC advisories also encouraged successful applicants to proceed with initial registration after taking their oath.
