The PRC has officially released the list of Topnotchers for the February 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE). These top performing examinees achieved the highest ratings among thousands of nursing graduates who took the board examination conducted across various testing centers in the Philippines.
The February 2026 Nursing Board Exam was administered by the PRC Board of Nursing on February 26-27, 2026. According to the official announcement, 3,611 out of 8,162 examinees successfully passed the exam, highlighting the strong competition among aspiring registered nurses.

The Nursing Licensure Examination is one of the most significant professional board exams in the Philippines, allowing successful examinees to become Registered Nurses (RNs) and practice the profession locally and internationally.
Registration and Oath Taking of New Nurses
Date: Starting April 13, 2026
Successful examinees are required to complete their initial registration online through the PRC website to obtain their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration.
Applicants must prepare the following documents during registration:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Notice of Admission (for identification)
- Two passport-size photos with name tag
- Documentary stamps
- One short brown envelope
The oath taking schedule and venue for the new nurses will be announced by the PRC in a separate advisory.
