The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the schedule for the face to face mass oathtaking of the new Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians.
Oathtaking ceremony will be held on October 16, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Mini Theater of Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City.

How to Register for the Oathtaking
Successful examinees interested in attending must register through the PRC’s online system at online.prc.gov.ph.
PRC states that registration should be completed no later than 12:00 noon on October 15, 2026, the day before the scheduled oathtaking, to confirm attendance.
Print Your Oath Form
- Inductees are required to print their Oath Form with their own generated QR code.
- The printed Oath Form must be submitted during the oathtaking ceremony so that the attendee can be properly tagged as “attended.”
- New Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians should therefore make sure that their Oath Form is generated and printed before attending the ceremony.
What If You Cannot Attend the Face-to-Face Oathtaking?
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may participate in an online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking.
The PRC said that announcements regarding online oathtaking schedules will be posted once the schedule has been confirmed.
Initial Registration After Oathtaking
- After completing the oathtaking, inductees should proceed with their Initial Registration.
- PRC advises new professionals to secure an online appointment through online.prc.gov.ph for the initial registration process.
