The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking ceremony for newly licensed Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants. The event will take place on January 30, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the GT Toyota Asian Cultural Center, located within the Asian Center on Magsaysay Avenue corner Katipunan Avenue, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City 1101.

Registration Process
All successful examinees who wish to join the face to face oathtaking must complete their attendance confirmation no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the ceremony through the PRC online portal at online.prc.gov.ph.
Participants are required to wear business attire for the occasion and must print and bring their Oath Form, which includes a unique QR code generated from their registration. This printed form will be submitted during check-in and used to verify attendance.
Alternate Options for Those Unable to Attend
For those who cannot be physically present on January 30, PRC offers alternatives including an online oathtaking or the opportunity to request a special oathtaking schedule. Details and scheduling for online oathtaking will be posted once finalized.
Initial Registration After Oathtaking
Once the oathtaking ceremony concludes, inductees are expected to proceed with their initial professional registration. This process requires securing an online appointment via the PRC portal at online.prc.gov.ph.

Interested attendees must secure a ticket to participate in the ceremony. Tickets are available on site and online as follows:

Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (closed on weekends and holidays)

Available from January 19 to 23, 2026 via a dedicated online form.
