The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the Online Oathtaking Ceremony for newly licensed Customs Brokers set for February 20, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. The virtual event will be facilitated by PRC Koronadal and conducted through online platforms like Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
After successfully passing the Customs Brokers Licensure Examination, new practitioners are required to take the Oath of Professional before being officially recognized and allowed to practice. With increasing demand for flexible and safe procedures, PRC continues to adopt virtual oathtaking options to accommodate inductees from various regions nationwide.
Date & Time of Oath Taking for Newly Licensed Customs Brokers
Date & Time: February 20, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
Mode of Oath taking: Microsoft Teams / Zoom
Attire: Formal or business attire with a white backdrop (physical or virtual) throughout the ceremony.

Step by step procedure of online oathtaking application system.
- Select transaction, then enter profession and Notice of Admission (NOA) application number.
Click “PROCEED” and the page will redirect. - Select preferred PRC regional office and click next. The system will automatically give you the earliest date set for oathtaking.
- After confirmation click “SUBMIT APPLICATION” to proceed.
- A confirmation message will pop up with the summary of your transaction.
- Click “CLICK TO GO BACK” to redirect to your EXISTING TRANSACTION.
- You can see your transaction details from your EXISTING TRANSACTION. Click “PRINT DOCUMENT” to print your oath form.
- You can now print your oath form.
