The Professional Regulation Commission has scheduled the Online Oathtaking of the New Master Plumbers on January 21, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. This virtual ceremony will be hosted by PRC Lucena and conducted via Microsoft Teams, providing a convenient and official platform for newly registered professionals to take their oath of profession.
What to Expect in the Virtual Oathtaking Ceremony
The online oathtaking event is a significant step for newly licensed Master Plumbers as they formally commit to uphold professionalism, ethical standards, and public service in their field. Inductees are advised to:
- Dress in formal or business attire throughout the online session.
- Use a white backdrop, either physical or virtual, for a professional presentation on camera.
How to Register for the Online Oathtaking
Step by step procedure of online oathtaking application system:
Select transaction, then enter profession and Notice of Admission (NOA) application number.
Click “PROCEED” and the page will redirect.
- Select preferred PRC regional office and click next. The system will automatically give you the earliest date set for oathtaking.


- After confirmation click “SUBMIT APPLICATION” to proceed.
- A confirmation message will pop up with the summary of your transaction.
- Click “CLICK TO GO BACK” to redirect to your EXISTING TRANSACTION.
- You can see your transaction details from your EXISTING TRANSACTION. Click “PRINT DOCUMENT” to print your oath form.

To participate in the virtual oathtaking, new Master Plumbers must complete the online registration through the PRC’s official portal:
Visit the PRC online appointment system at online.prc.gov.ph.
Choose “e-OATH” as the type of transaction.
Complete the registration before it closes five (5) calendar days prior to the oathtaking date.
Download and print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form from the PRC website under PRC Online Services.
