Online Oathtaking of the New Real Estate Service Practitioners – February 23, 2026

The Online Oathtaking of the New Real Estate Service Practitioners is officially scheduled on February 23, 2026 (Monday) at 10:00 A.M. The ceremony will be spearheaded by the Professional Regulation Commission through its regional office via Microsoft Teams.

This virtual event allows newly licensed Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers, and Consultants to take their professional oath safely and conveniently from their respective locations.

What is the Online Oathtaking?

The Online Oathtaking is a formal ceremony conducted virtually for newly licensed professionals who have successfully passed their licensure examination under the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service.

Taking the oath is a mandatory requirement before practicing the profession and before applying for a Professional Identification Card (PIC).

Proper Dress Code for Online Oathtaking

The PRC strictly requires all inductees to observe the proper dress code during the ceremony. Since this is a professional and formal event, participants must follow these attire guidelines:

For Men:

  • Formal barong tagalog or
  • Coat and tie
  • Long sleeves
  • Neatly groomed appearance

For Women:

  • Formal business attire
  • Blazer with blouse or
  • Formal dress
  • Proper grooming and minimal accessories

Important Background Requirement:

  • Use a plain white background
  • You may use:
  • A physical white wall
  • A white curtain
  • A virtual white background (via Microsoft Teams)

Participants must remain properly dressed and maintain a professional appearance throughout the entire ceremony.

How to Register for the Online Oathtaking

New passers must register online through the PRC’s official website:

Visit the PRC official website. Direct Link to registration guide

Log in to your LERIS (Licensure Examination and Registration Information System) account.

Confirm your attendance for the online oathtaking.

Pay the required oath taking fee.

Download the confirmation slip.

After registration, participants will receive an email notification containing the Microsoft Teams meeting link and detailed instructions.
