The online registration for newly licensed physicians will officially begin on April 22, 2026. All successful examinees are advised to secure their appointments through the PRC’s official online portal.

Requirements for Online Registration
Applicants must prepare the following documents before proceeding:

Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes only

Duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

Two (2) passport-sized photos (white background with complete name tag)

Two (2) sets of documentary stamps

One (1) short brown envelope
The PRC reminds all passers that personal appearance is required to complete registration and sign the official Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings

Passers can verify their ratings through the PRC’s official verification system by providing:
- Exam name
- Date of examination
- Application number
- First and last name
- Date of birth.
Oath Taking Guidelines
All successful examinees who wish to attend the face to face mass oath-taking must register on or before 12:00 PM of the day prior to the scheduled ceremony via the PRC online system.

Additional Options:
- Those unable to attend physically may opt for virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking schedule
- Passers should select “e-OATH” when booking their appointment online
- Online registration for oath-taking will close five (5) calendar days before the scheduled date.
