The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is preparing to publish the Top 10 passers for the 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), Elementary Level, covering both the September and November 2025 exam rounds.
As of now, many examinees are still waiting: the official list has not yet been released
The September 2025 LET for Elementary Level was administered on September 21, 2025. However, because some testing centers in certain regions (Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region) were affected by inclement weather, the exam for those areas was postponed and rescheduled to November 30, 2025.
As a result of the postponement, the timeline for result release was adjusted. According to the official announcement, the PRC now expects to release the full results passers list, top 10 passers, and school performance data sometime between December 5 and December 19, 2025.
What is the “Top 10 Passers” List
The “Top 10 Passers” or “Topnotchers” list refers to the ten examinees who achieved the highest ratings in the LET (Elementary Level) among all examinees who passed. This list typically includes each top passer’s name, school/institution, and their exact rating or percentile score.
Overview of the LET 2025 Examination
The Licensure Examination for Teachers or LET is one of the largest professional exams conducted in the Philippines each year. The 2025 LET for Elementary Level was held in two separate schedules because some regions experienced heavy rainfall and unsafe conditions in September.
The main exam took place on September 21, 2025, and the rescheduled exam for Regions I, II and the Cordillera Administrative Region was conducted on November 30, 2025. The Professional Regulation Commission is responsible for organizing the exam, checking answer sheets, and releasing the official results.
How to Check LET 2025 Results

Go to the PRC results portal or trusted LET results websites. The pages for the surname ranges and top ten passers are already prepared and will be updated once PRC posts the official list.
Step 2: Choose the Elementary Passers section
You will see categories for Elementary and Secondary results. Select the Elementary Level Passers page.
Step 3: Look for your surname
The list will be arranged alphabetically. You must check under the letter that corresponds to your last name. For example, if your last name begins with C, open the C to D section.
Step 4: Verify your name

After PRC uploads the full results, you may also visit the PRC Online Verification page. You can enter your application number, birthdate and exam details to see your exact score.
Step 6: Wait for registration and oath taking instructions
Passing the LET is only the first step. To become a licensed teacher, you must complete PRC’s initial registration which includes submitting documents, paying fees and attending the oath taking ceremony. PRC will post these instructions right after the results are released.
