The face to face oathtaking for newly licensed Aeronautical Engineers has been officially announced. New Aeronautical Engineers are advised to attend the oath taking ceremony, which will be held on February 9, 2026, as scheduled by the Professional Regulation Commission. This ceremony formally inducts successful examinees into the aeronautical engineering profession and signifies their commitment to uphold professional ethics and standards.

Date: February 9, 2026
Time: 9:00 A.M. (Philippine Standard Time)
Announcement Date: January 19, 2026
Note: All successful examinees interested in attending the face to face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.
Venue
The oathtaking will take place at: “Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City, Metro Manila.”

Registration Requirements
To attend the face to face oathtaking, successful examinees must complete the following:
- Register online at PRC’s appointment portal via https://online.prc.gov.ph
not later than 12:00 NN of the day before the oathtaking to confirm attendance. - Print the Oath Form with the generated QR code, this will be submitted during the ceremony to verify attendance.
- Seating is allocated on a first come, first-served basis, so early registration is highly recommended.

Options for Those Who Cannot Attend
PRC also offers alternatives for inductees who cannot be physically present:
Attend an online oathtaking at a later schedule (to be announced).
Request a special oathtaking through the Commission if exceptional circumstances prevent attendance.
After the Oathtaking
Once the oath is taken, new professionals are advised to proceed with initial registration with PRC by securing an appointment via the online portal to complete the issuance of their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
