Registration for New Licensed X-Ray Technologists
Date of Online Registration: February 3, 2026
Online registration through the PRC portal http://online.prc.gov.ph
Prepare the required documents for Professional ID and Certificate of Registration.
Requirements for Registration
- Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized photos (white background with name tag)
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
One (1) short brown envelope
Complete in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating XTLE
The X-Ray Tech Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after they are posted.
Oath Taking (Mass or Individual) for XTLE Passers
Passers must register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the oath-taking to confirm attendance (face to face or online).
- Use the “e-OATH” transaction via http://online.prc.gov.ph
to schedule. - Online registration for oath taking closes 5 calendar days before the online oath taking date.
- Inductees must print the OATH OF PROFESSIONAL form from PRC Online Services.
Important Notes
• The specific date and venue of the mass oath taking will be announced later by PRC.
• Passers who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt for virtual oath taking or request a special oath-taking schedule.
• After oath taking, proceed with Initial Registration by scheduling an appointment at the PRC online portal.
