The Professional Regulation Commission officially released the Top 10 Passers (Topnotchers) of the March 2026 Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination (EELE). The exam was conducted in multiple testing centers including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

EELE Exam Overview
The Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination (EELE) is administered by the Board of Electronics Engineering under the PRC. It evaluates candidates’ knowledge and skills in:
- Electronics Engineering Mathematics
- Applied Sciences
- Electronics Systems and Technologies
Passing this exam grants the title of Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) in the Philippines.

- Register online via PRC
- Attend the oath-taking ceremony

Registartion Date: Starting April 24, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.
