The April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PHLE) results have been officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission on April 22, 2026. The announcement includes the list of passers, topnotchers, top-performing schools, and the complete performance of schools.
A total of 1,085 out of 1,895 examinees (57.26%) successfully passed the pharmacist board exam conducted on April 18 and 19, 2026.

The PRC has also published the Top Performing Schools for the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam. These institutions achieved outstanding passing rates and met the official criteria set by PRC.

Performance of Schools (Full List)
Alongside the top schools, PRC released the complete Performance of Schools, showing how each institution performed in the licensure exam.
The report includes:-
- Total number of examinees per school
- Number of passers
- Overall passing percentage
Note: The performance of schools for April 2026 Pharmacist licensure exams in alphabetical order, as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000, Section 7 (m), or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”
How PRC Determines Top Performing Schools
The Professional Regulation Commission follows strict guidelines in identifying top schools:
- At least 50 examinees per school
- Minimum 80% passing rate
- Consistent high performance
These criteria ensure that only institutions with excellent academic outcomes are recognized.
