Topnotchers: Agriculturists Licensure Examination November 2025

The Professional Regulation Commission has officially published the results of the November 2025 Agriculturists Licensure Examination (ALE), confirming that 6,678 out of 9,742 examinees passed, a passing rate of approximately 68.55%.

The examination was conducted on November 19 21, 2025, across 18 testing centers nationwide, including Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and more.

Topnotchers : Outstanding Performers

The list of top 10 passers the highest rated examinees, has been released.

• The top spot was claimed by Aira Joy Maralit Anyayahan from University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), earning an impressive 92.18%.

• The 2nd place went to Mahonri Acostan Alquisalas, also from UPLB, with a rating of 91.68%.

Registration – Professional IDs

Successful examinees are advised to prepare for the registration process. According to official guidance, applicants must complete the registration to obtain their Professional ID and Certificate of Registration. Required documents typically include: Notice of Admission (NOA), Oath Form, passport-sized ID photos, documentary stamps, and a short brown envelope.

All successful examinees are required to bring the following documents during their scheduled registration:

• A printed and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

• Notice of Admission (NOA) for verification purposes

• Two (2) passport-sized photos, colored, with a white background and complete name tag

• Two (2) sets of documentary stamps

• One (1) short brown envelope

Starting December 22, 2025, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will begin the online registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration. Applicants must visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow the step by step instructions under the Initial Registration section.
