The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is strict about exam protocols, and forgetting even a single requirement can lead to delays or worse, disqualification. To help you avoid last minute panic, We are sharing some tips on comprehensive PRC exam day checklist so you will know exactly what to pack before heading to the testing center.

A checklist is very helpful when attempting the examination.

Essential Documents to Bring

These are non-negotiable items. Without them, you may not even be allowed inside the exam room. So, please carry all the necessary documents.

Notice of Admission (NOA)

  1. Issued by PRC after registration.
  2. Contains your exam schedule, room assignment, and important instructions

Official Receipt of Exam Payment

  1. Proof that you’ve settled the examination fee
  2. Required during identity and attendance verification

Valid Government-Issued ID (with photo and signature)

Accepted IDs include:

  • PRC ID

  • Passport

  • Driver’s License

  • UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Postal, or Voter’s ID

  1. Examination Application Form (printed from PRC LERIS)
  2. A copy of your online application for verification

  • Black ballpen only (strictly required; blue pens are not allowed)

  • Sharp pencils (No. 2 or 2B) for answer sheets in certain exams

  • Eraser (clean, non-messy, and effective)

  • Sharpener (bring a small, quiet one to avoid disturbing others)

Allowed Personal Items
