The Professional Regulation Commission officially announces that the results of the December 2025 Radiologic Technologists Licensure Examination (RTLE) and the X-Ray Technologists Licensure Examination (XTLE) have been released. Both licensure examinations were successfully completed and the results were made public three (3) working days after the last day of the examinations.
RTLE and XTLE Passing Results
For the Radiologic Technologists Licensure Examination (RTLE), the PRC announced that a total of 2,629 out of 4,419 examinees successfully passed the licensure examination. This accomplishment reflects the collective dedication and preparedness of the examinees who successfully met the rigorous standards and requirements set by the Board.
In the X-Ray Technologists Licensure Examination (XTLE), the results showed that 17 out of 64 examinees passed the computer-based licensure exam. This examination tests specialized knowledge and technical proficiency in X-ray technology, a critical component of diagnostic imaging and health services.

Initial Registration Process
Following the release of the results, initial registration procedures for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for successful examinees were announced.
Registration for successful examinees is scheduled to begin on February 3, 2026. All successful candidates are required to register online through the official PRC portal. They must follow the registration guidelines and submit the appropriate documentation in order to receive their professional credentials.
Registration Requirements
Successful examinees must prepare and submit the following documents during their initial registration:
- Downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two (2) passport-sized photos in color with a white background and complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
All successful examinees are also required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals. This process validates their status and formally recognizes them as licensed professionals in their respective fields of practice.
Oath Taking Ceremony
The PRC also announced that the date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony for the successful examinees will be announced at a later date. The oath-taking ceremony is a significant milestone, symbolizing the official assumption of professional responsibilities and ethical standards that come with licensure. This event is expected to be scheduled and communicated by the PRC in due course.
