The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking ceremony for newly licensed Dentists and Dental Technologists. Oath Taking will be held on March 02, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (1st Session) and 3:00 P.M. (2nd Session), at the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City.
Event Schedule and Venue
The oathtaking will take place on March 2, 2026, with two sessions to accommodate inductees:
First Session: 9:00 A.M.
Second Session: 3:00 P.M.
Both sessions will be held at the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City one of the Philippine’s premier convention venues.
Oath Taking Registration Process for New Dentists and Dental Technologists
To join the ceremony, successful licensure exam passers must register online before 12:00 NN on the day prior to the oathtaking through the PRC’s official portal. Registration does not automatically reserve a seat inductees must secure a ticket, as seating is offered on a first-come, firs served basis.

Dress Code for or New Dentists and Dental Technologists
Participants should adhere to the official attire guidelines:
Women: Modern Filipiniana
Men: Barong Tagalog
Attendees must print their oath form with an individually generated QR code, which must be presented at the event to be marked as “attended.”

For individuals who are unable to attend the face to face oathtaking, the PRC offers options to:

or
Request a special oathtaking after all regional ceremonies conclude.
This flexibility ensures that all new professionals can fulfill their oath ceremonial requirement, regardless of geographical or scheduling constraints.
Post Oathtaking: Initial Registration
Following the oath ceremony, inductees must proceed with Initial Registration by scheduling an appointment via the PRC online system. This step is essential to complete official licensure documentation and receive professional credentials.
