These ceremonies are essential for all successful examinees who intend to complete their initial registration and proceed towards earning their PRC license and professional ID.
Oathtaking Schedule Details
According to the official PRC release posted on January 29, 2026, the face to face mass oathtaking of the new nurses is set for,

Location: University of St. La Salle Coliseum, Bacolod City
This ceremony invites all successful nurse licensure examinees to gather in person to take the Oath of Professional and officially enter the ranks of licensed professionals.
Registration Requirements and Process
To participate in the mass oathtaking, the PRC has outlined clear registration steps:
Register Online:
Visit https://online.prc.gov.ph
and log in using your PRC LERIS account.
Go to the Oathtaking e-Service and select Face to Face Oathtaking.
Confirm attendance by selecting the scheduled date and venue.
Print Your Oath Form:
After registering, you must PRINT the Oath Form featuring your generated QR code. You must present this printed form at the venue to be tagged as an official attendee.
Registration Deadline:
PRC clearly states that interested examinees should complete their registration no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the oathtaking date.
What If You Can’t Attend Face to Face mass oathtaking?
PRC understands that not all passers may be able to participate in the scheduled face to face oathtaking due to personal or logistical reasons. In such cases:
Online Oathtaking Option: You may choose to attend an online oathtaking ceremony once the schedule is posted by PRC.
Special Oathtaking Request: Alternatively, you can request a special oathtaking arrangement through PRC channels.
This flexibility ensures that all newly licensed nurses can take their oath regardless of circumstance.
After the Oathtaking Initial Registration
Once the oath is administered, inductees are required to proceed with their Initial Registration with PRC:
Secure an online appointment via the PRC portal.
Submit the necessary documents for your PRC ID and Certificate of Registration.
Finalize payment of applicable fees.
This step is crucial since completing initial registration allows you to legally practice and receive your official PRC license and identification card.
