The face to face oathtaking ceremony for new nurses will be conducted on February 8, 2026, for successful examinees of the Nursing Licensure Examination. All qualified inductees are required to personally attend the oathtaking as part of the formal process of becoming registered professional nurses. This ceremony officially signifies their entry into the nursing profession under the supervision of the Professional Regulation Commission.

Venue: HNU Barder Gym, Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Registration Requirements
- All successful examinees who wish to attend the face to face oathtaking must:
- Register online via the PRC LERIS portal at https://online.prc.gov.ph/
before 12:00 NN on the day before the ceremony. - Confirm attendance and print the Oath Form with the unique QR code generated after registration. This printed form will be presented during the ceremony to mark attendance.
How to Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking of New Nurses Feb 8 2026
To attend the face to face oathtaking ceremony, newly licensed nurses must strictly follow the guidelines set by the Professional Regulation Commission.
Step 1: Online Registration
Visit the PRC LERIS website: online.prc.gov.ph
Log in to your existing account or create one if you don’t have it yet.
Select Oathtaking and choose the face to face option.
Complete the registration before 12:00 noon of the day prior to the scheduled ceremony.
Step 2: Print the Oath Form
After successful registration, download and print the Oath Form.
Make sure the form has a QR code, which will be scanned during attendance verification.
Step 3: Prepare Required Items
Bring the following on the day of the ceremony:
Printed Oath Form with QR code
Valid government issued ID
Proper attire (formal or as prescribed by PRC).
Note:-
“Those who cannot attend the scheduled face to face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking.
Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
