PRC announces that 1,282 out of 1,474 passed the Licensure Examination for Dentists given by the Board of Dentistry in N. C. R., Baguio, Cebu and Davao last November 2025. According to the official announcement of the Professional Regulation Commission, on the release of the November 2025 Dentist Licensure Examination (DLE) results, the examination results were released four (4) working days after the last day of examination. Along with the results, PRC also provided guidance on the next steps for successful examinees, including oathtaking and initial registration.
Initial Registration for New Dentists
Starting February 16, 2026
All successful DLE examinees are required to complete their initial registration to receive their:
- Professional Identification Card (PIC)
- Certificate of Registration
Registration Method
- Registration will be done online via the PRC Licensure Online Services [ https://online.prc.gov.ph ]
- Passers must secure an online appointment
- Registration schedules will be announced by PRC in a separate advisory
Documentary Requirements (as per PRC standard)
- Printed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes)
- Two (2) passport-size photos, white background, complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
Successful examinees must personally appear and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals during registration.
Oathtaking of New Dentists
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
The schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony for newly licensed dentists will be announced separately by PRC.
Possible oathtaking options include:
Face to face mass oathtaking, or
Online / virtual oathtaking, depending on PRC guidelines
Examinees who plan to attend the face to face oathtaking will be required to:
- Register online to confirm attendance
- Print the Oath Form with QR code
- Follow all PRC and venue instructions
Those who cannot attend the scheduled oathtaking may be allowed to join an online or special oathtaking, subject to PRC approval
