The Professional Regulation Commission, has officially released the TOPNOTCHERS: November-December 2025 Dentist Licensure Exam (DLE) results, recognizing the outstanding achievements of future dental practitioners who excelled in this year’s rigorous board examination. The full list of top ten examinees commonly referred to as the topnotchers was made available online on December 12, 2025, just four working days after the conclusion of the exam.
The Dentist Licensure Examination was administered in two phases. The written phase took place on November 24, 26, 2025, across major testing centers including Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao. This was followed by the practical phase held from December 1 to 6, 2025 in Manila.
