The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the schedule for the face to face mass oathtaking of the new Guidance Counselors. The ceremony is scheduled for October 1, 2026, in Manila.

Who Can Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking?
Successful examinees who are eligible for the Guidance Counselors’ professional oath taking and wish to participate in the face to face mass ceremony may register for the event.Attendance must be confirmed through the PRC’s online system before the registration deadline.
How to Register for the PRC Guidance Counselors Oathtaking
Those who want to attend the face to face ceremony should register through the PRC Online Services portal.
Registration must be completed no later than 12:00 noon on September 30, 2026, which is the day before the scheduled oathtaking.
Dress Code
- Formal Filipiniana for women
- Barong Tagalog for men
Print Your Oath Form With QR Code
- Complete the required registration through the PRC online system.
- Generate their Oath Form.
- Print the Oath Form with their personal QR code.
- Bring the printed form to the face-to-face oathtaking.
- Submit the form during the ceremony so their attendance can be tagged as “attended.”
What If You Cannot Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking?
- Attend an online oathtaking when the schedule is announced; or
- Request a special oathtaking.
PRC stated that announcements regarding the online oathtaking will be released once its schedule has been confirmed.
Initial Registration After the Oathtaking
- After completing the professional oathtaking, inductees should proceed with their Initial Registration.
- PRC instructs new Guidance Counselors to secure an online appointment through the PRC Online Services portal for their initial registration.
- New professionals should check the PRC’s registration instructions and prepare the necessary documents before their appointment.

- September 30, 2026, 12:00 noon Deadline to register for the face to face oathtaking
- October 1, 2026, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Face to face mass oathtaking
- After the oathtaking – Proceed with Initial Registration by securing an online appointment
