Face to Face Oathtaking of New Nurses at Isabela State University Gymnasium, Echague, Isabela
The face to face mass oathtaking of the new nurses will be held on February 14, 2026 at the Isabela State University Gymnasium in Echague, Isabela, a formal and meaningful ceremony where successful examinees of the Nursing Licensure Examination officially take their professional oath before beginning their careers in nursing.

How to Attend the Face to Face Oathtaking
To attend the scheduled oathtaking, new nurses must complete these essential steps:
Register Online
All successful examinees who wish to participate must register no later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the oathtaking date at https://online.prc.gov.ph
to confirm attendance.
Print Your Oath Form
After completing registration, print the Oath Form that includes your unique QR code. This form will be submitted and scanned on the oathtaking day to officially record your attendance.

If you are unable to attend the face to face oathtaking at Isabela State University Gymnasium, you may:
Join an online oathtaking session once scheduled
Request a special oathtaking appointment. PRC will announce online oathtaking schedules and special oathtaking options as they are confirmed.
Next step After the Oathtaking Ceremony
Once you have taken your oath, the next step is to proceed with your Initial Registration. Secure an online appointment via https://online.prc.gov.ph
for issuance of your Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration essential documents that authorize you to practice nursing in the Philippines.
